Linings for trenchless rehabilitation of sewerage systems (CIPP).
Made by us, used all over the world.
This method of restoration of sewerage pipework with felt and felt/glass hose linings reduces costs and protects residents and the environment. Worldwide, more than 20,000 kilometers of pipework have already been restored using our SOLTA®LINER. This makes us one of the leading providers of felt and felt/glass liners for trenchless pipework rehabilitation (CIPP – cured-in-place pipes).

INNOVATIVE – TRENCHLESS – EARTHQUAKE-RESISTANT
With us, quality is not accidental.
Our quality promise is based on three pillars: Research, partnership and trust.
Thanks to our many years of membership of the German Society for Trenchless Technology (GSTT) and the Indian Society for Trenchless Technology (IndSTT), our project-related cooperation with higher-education institutions and the support of dissertations we have always been at the state-of-the-art manufacturing technology. In our own technical center we implement these findings in a market-ready form and develop new SOLTA®LINER solutions together with and for our customers.
Our high quality standards not only apply to the liners awaiting impregnation and to the production process, but also to practical application. We therefore work exclusively with highly-qualified and quality-oriented rehabilitation companies. As part of our cross-partner quality management system, we support the trialing of joint developments. These long-standing partnerships with the product users have resulted in secure and lasting rehabilitation outcomes.
More than seven million meters of pipework around the world have been rehabilitated using SOLTA®LINER solutions. A clear indication that we are continuing to meet the high demands of the market. We have been the first company in the world to have the entire rehabilitation liner production process successfully certified to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000, from the fiber to the impregnated liner.
Safe is safe:
SOLTA®LINER is earthquake-resistant!
For needle felt liners used in the rehabilitation of trenchless sewerage systems, certain technical aspects are a prerequisite. This includes the requirement for products to be earthquake-resistant.
After the dramatic earthquake 2011 in Japan, numerous postures, which were rehabilitated with our hose liners before the quakes in Sendai, were examined for their condition. The results should provide information on the suitability of the pipe liners in order to gain insights for the future.
Extensive investigations yielded a very positive result: the tested SOLTA®LINER showed no signs of damage and thus proved their earthquake-resistance.
